The owners of this classic bungalow came to us with a fun and challenging project: Converting the top floor into a spacious haven.
With precarious angles and difficult elements, we had to lean in and utilize existing features in order to create space and maximize headroom. By adding a small amount of additional square footage and a skylight, we were able to transform two rooms into an airy primary loft with a generous bath and a designer closet fit for a stylist! We also integrated the dormer into the exterior of the house to look like it had always been there.
